All reglazing projects will have an odor. Anyone who’s painted a wall in their home knows that paint releases an odor as it dries. Since our coating is water and heat resistant the odor is stronger than the odor caused by latex paint. The good news is we use professional equipment to ventilate the room we’re working in to try and reduce the odor and control the overspray being created.

Reglazing when it’s done professionally shouldn’t leave excess dust or debris in your home. We attach a shop vac to our sanders to reduce the dust created by sanding. We use a fume exhauster to ventilate the room and reduce the odor in that area. When we are finished we do our best to clean up the work area and we remove the masking materials for you.

That is totally up to you we prefer that someone is there to sign the paperwork when we start and to look at the job and pay for it when we are done. But no one has to be there while we’re working on your reglazing project. We do our best to work around the schedules of our customers where possible.

If you’re having your bathroom remodeled for example and you want your bathtub done. It’s generally best to make reglazing one of the last projects performed. At the very least you want to get all of the demo (removal of wall tile, plumbing fixtures, and flooring) done before you have us out to reglaze the tub.

We love what we do and proudly stand behind our work.
